I just discovered that the Med Students’ lounge has a Dreamcast and Ikaruga… I was floored. I may waste far more time in that place now…

Percy that fighting game is actually a computer program called M.U.G.E.N. You can basically pick any fighting game character and put together in one game. All the characters are created from pre-existing or scratch built sprite character. This game program has been around for a while.
